Rich Venezio began his career in the airline industry; an industry he continues to love to this day. After thirteen years, he jumped into the agency side of things where he truly embraced the meeting and incentive industry. Fast forward to 1998 when Rich decided it was time to go out on his own and launch a world class, full-service, meeting and event planning company. Rich’s plan was always to create a boutique firm where clients would become friends and the words “white glove” and “high touch” would become synonymous with his business.
